Solitaire
One of the SunSwallow Classics. For iPhone and iPad.
Klondike, FreeCell and Spider, made for older eyes and hands. The cards are big and clear, a tap moves them, and when you're stuck the game helps you in plain words. Every deal can be won. No ads.
Get it on the App Store $3.99, once. Shareable with your family. No in-app purchases.
The games you know
- Klondike, the one most people call solitaire, turning one card at a time or three.
- FreeCell, where every card starts face up and four spare spaces help you sort them.
- Spider, in one suit or two, building runs from King down to Ace. On a phone the table turns on its side, so all ten columns keep big cards.
- Today's Game: one Klondike deal a day, the same for everyone, with a sun marked on each day you win.
Every deal can be won
Before a game is dealt, the app plays it through to the end to make sure it can be won, so you never sit down to a game that was lost from the start. If a few moves take a game past saving, it tells you plainly and offers to take you back to the last point where it could still be won.
A hint that says why
Press Hint and it shows a good move and explains it: "Moving the 7 of hearts onto the 8 of spades turns over a hidden card." Press it again and the game makes the move for you. Hints never run out, and Undo goes back as far as you like.
Easy on the eyes and hands
- Big cards. Each card's number and suit are as large as the card allows, so a long column stays readable.
- Tap, no dragging. Touch a card and the places it can go light up, then tap one. Dragging works too, if you'd rather.
- Your side. The deck can sit on the left or the right, to suit your hand.
- No timer and no score, just the number of moves when you win.
Nothing else
- No ads, ever.
- No account, no sign-in, no notifications.
- No internet needed. Nothing leaves your device.
- No data collected. See our privacy policy; it's short.
Requirements
iPhone or iPad running iOS 17 or later, including hand-me-downs as old as the iPhone XS and the sixth-generation iPad. On iPhone Duo, the buttons move into the strip beside the screen so the cards get the rest.
